What happened: Ordered clothes that were sent to Denmark (took 2+ weeks). Got message from Danish customs that I must pay another 50% of the purchase price in import charges. This came as a complete surprise as this fact was not disclosed during the ordering process with Unbound. I contacted Unbound and asked them to sort out the charges, but they refused pointing me to a webpage deep within their site saying they won't pay any international charges.
How I felt: !!@#!
What Unbound should do: Stop selling internationally and publically apologise to their international customers for being so deceitful and contributing to the lack of trust in the world.
What you should do: Don't go anywhere near this company.

I've used Unbound Merino several times and their clothes are really nice, no complaints there. But a company is really tested by its customer service ...

Ordered a hoodie back in mid-August but Unbound sent it standard by mistake and so it took four weeks to arrive instead of just a few days as before, they insisted I had to wait for delivery before getting a refund. By the time it arrived, three weeks later, I was on holiday and so now has to go back, undeliverable.

Unbound are now making me wait until the parcel is returned, even though they have failed to fulfil the contract, and the fault is theirs.

I may not get a refund for another four weeks.

Numerous emails to customer service are replied to quickly but contain misinformation or blame UK delivery partners when the real fault lies with their own dispatch system.

You can tell they are trying to please but a deeply frustrating experience this time.

Leggings are my go to clothing that I can wear all day, every day. I love wearing a good pair of leggings and I don't mind spending some money to find a pair that's perfect for my body. The Merino leggings are one of the best for me. They were super comfortable and looks so good on my body! Worth every penny I spent on them

Finding a pair of long sleeved t-shirts that suitable is quite difficult for me because I have arms that are a bit too big when compared to the rest of my body. I got the two pack Merino Women's Long Sleeves and these were so so damn good. I could literally wear these all day and not take them off! It super comfortable to wear

I got my boyfriend some tshirts from Unbound Merino for our anniversary. They were really really good! The material was soft but it was really good quality as well. He really liked them because it was comfortable to wear all day long and even looked good on him!

I ordered 6 pairs of briefs and two pairs of socks, They took weeks to arrive and a week after they were delivered I received an import duty and tax demand for £62.67 so AVOID BUYING FROM THESE CHARLATANS.
